Reservation Details.

Triple Guarantee.
We guarantee Punctuality. If Our Body Specialist(s) are late more than fifteen minutes, you will receive in extra service the amount of time they were late after exceeding fifteen minutes.

We guarantee the Highest Quality Bodywork possible because we do not overbook our Body Specialists. They arrive refreshed and able to focus on you. All Body Specialists come fully equipped with portable speaker sets and a variety of music you'll love.

We guarantee Confidentiality. Your privacy as an individual or company is very important to us.  We have a level of integrity that is unequalled in other businesses.  We are service providers in a health-oriented business and your personal information will not be sold, traded or rented by law governed under HIPAA.

Initial Reservation.
To reserve your first appointment, please call during reservation hours at 310.941.8464.  Your credit card information will be taken down to hold the reservation.

Only LABP Members have access to appointments via email or text.

Reservation Hours.
Everyday. 10am to 7:30pm.

Although immediate availability is not definite, here is a guideline for the minimum advanced reservation.  We always appreciate advanced reservations.

1 Body Specialist: 3 hours advanced reservation.
2 Body Specialists:  6 hours advanced reservation. (Couples and Fourhand)
3 Body Specialists: 3 days advanced reservation with a 25% deposit required. (Seated bodywork or Group packages)
4 or more Body Specialists: 5 days advanced reservation with a 25% deposit required. (Seated bodywork or Group packages)
Personal Body Specialist: 2 week advanced reservation with a 50% deposit required. (On Tour or Travel)

Reservation Minimum.
We do require a minimum purchase of $100 to receive any services.  

Late Night Reservations.
Reservations made between 10pm and 11pm are an additional $40.
Reservations made between 11pm and Midnight are an additional $100.  
120 Minute session maximum for appointments made after 10pm.

Payment.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Each Body Specialist comes equipped with a manual imprinter to imprint your card and give you a receipt on site.

Cash is an acceptable form of payment under special circumstances if authorized by LABP prior to booking with a credit card to hold the reservation.

Special Points.
Online Check Point

You may receive Special Points in the mail on services we think you might be interested in based on services you have received in the past.  We also have online Special Points that are updated monthly.  All Special Points may be redeemed on reservations made 7:30pm or before.

Parking.
Any parking charges for hotels, offices or on location will be billed to the reservation credit card.  If our Body Specialist is parking on the street in a restricted neighborhood, please have a space available or provide any permits for the zoning requirements to prevent ticketing.

Wait Time.
If you are running late we understand.  Our Body Specialist will wait for fifteen minutes free of charge.  For every consecutive fifteen minute increment thereafter, you will be billed $25 or forfeit a portion of the treatment.

Confirmation Calls.
A same day courtesy call will be administered to your number of choice if you wish.

Cancellations.
Due to the popularity and demand for services from LA Body Points, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

No show appointments will be billed for the service in full.

4 Hours advance notice for cancelling your reservation in home or hotel is required. Either half price of the session or a $75 cancellation will be billed, whichever is less.

3 Days advance notice for cancelling your reservation in office, convention, place of business, event or party is required or your 25% deposit will be forfeited.

7 Days advance notice for cancelling your reservation for your music tour, film or travel for your Personal Body Specialist is required or your 50% deposit will be forfeited.  
 
Each appointment is very important to us. We will respect your time by keeping the appointment and showing up on time. Please respect our time as well.

Creating a Serene Sanctuary.
In order to maximize the enjoyment of your treatment, we ask that you relax quietly.  Feel free to engage in conversation before and after the session, but during your treatment our Body Specialists are taught to focus on their bodywork and discuss only matters of breath, stretches and topics muscularly related to your body.

Music.
All Body Specialists are equipped with portable speaker sets and a full range of relaxing music selection.  If you prefer to be accompanied with your own desired selection, you must provide the output and choice.

Work Setting.
Table equipment: Our Body Specialists require a minimum 9'X5' space to set up in your home or hotel room. They will rearrange furniture to accommodate with as little disturbance as possible.

Seated equipment:
Our Body Specialists require a minimum of 4'X4' space to set up in their designated area at your office, convention or place of business.  

Turning Down Service.
LABP reserves the right to refuse service to anyone to ensure our safety and yours.

Non Discrimination.
We do not discriminate between race or sex, and will not turn down bodywork due to ethnicity or gender.

Length of Services.
Ever had services at a spa where they advertise a one hour treatment and you only receive 50 minutes?  That's not us.

Purchase a 60 minute treatment and we give you 60 minutes!

The scheduled time is the arrival time not when the bodywork will begin. For all total session durations, add _ hour for set up and take down.

Example: For a 60 minute session in home, expect our Body Specialist to be there for a total of 90 minutes.

Draping.
For all table sessions, you have your choice of being professionally draped with 100% organic cotton sheet, full towel or hand towel. We accommodate.

Clothing.
All Bodywork Points are clothing optional, however, below is a general guideline for the different treatments.

All Body Specialists will be fully dressed in uniform and you will be professionally draped.

Gift Certificates.
Please inquire by phone to our Reservation Specialist, and we will be happy to guide you in selecting the ideal gift.

Purchasing may be done online to process a printable certificate immediately or via phone order to process a snail mail certificate.  No shipping charges apply.

Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented to our Body Specialist at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are not refundable, however, we have the ability to issue a new certificate with proof of purchase.

Client Age.
Receiving Bodywork is natural and healthy for all ages from infants to seniors. Anyone under the legal age of 18 is welcome to receive treatments with a signature from a legal guardian and if under 16, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the room.

I.D Policy.
A valid form of identification will be required to transact the credit processing.  Please show your identification to our Body Specialist when imprinting your credit card at time of your service.

Phones.
Please help preserve the peace during your treatment by turning off your phone prior to the service.

Gratuity.
Gratuity is left to the discretion of our clients. It is not a requirement, but appreciated by our Body Specialists. The usual tipping range is 15-20% of the regular cost of services.
Tips may be given either on the card processing receipt or in cash.  

Gratuity with Gift Certificates.
Gift certificates do not include gratuity and it is still customary to tip your Body Specialist even though someone else paid for your session.  We are prohibited from charging tips to the credit card unless the service was paid for with a credit card.  

Refunds.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund your service if you are displeased, however, we will try to accommodate by gifting you a deduction on a future service.  All memberships are non refundable, however, if you have moved or are unable to receive services, we will transfer the membership to another individual of your choice.
